Winter season is upon us.
Puffy jackets, scarves and hats, however please do remember, no cravats 😉. Warm hot chocolate, blankets, slippers, a must on our list and when we whisper(s) to our special someone, dog or cat, love is the key and that is that!

Animals honour their 'body clocks', especially when they need to rest. Becoming rejuvenated in 'good time' is natural. They teach us much, when we observe with love in our hearts!
Nature produces the most exquisite musical notes and harmonies.
Taking the opportunity to listen and bathe (literally or metaphorically) in their healing properties,
